this is a general 'To Do' list for the site.  This isn't necessarily up to date, but i'm trying to keep a list of tasks here for which i just haven't yet found the time

make subheaders on each of the pages consistent (all h3, for example)
modify php scripts to produce better formatted html output.
make 'a' function more robust to link to non ".php" pages.

try to make html4 compliant and css validated.
